Being three weeks out from The annual 2009 Mr. Olympia, he and his wife, Trish Warren came to Jakked Hardcore for an intense workout..... PowerCorps Dominates again!
Congrats to Joe Somma! He placed 1st in the 181#class at the First Annual USPF Illinois State Powerlifting Meet. He also received Best Bencher in the lightweights with a personal best 418#.
N.A.S. ILLINOIS STRENGTH SERIES /MAY CHALLENGE
The Strongman Team also had an outstanding day. Dan McCarron and Rob Simnick both place 1st in their divisions. Ray Makiejus placed 2nd in his first strongman event. Matt Barron places a strong 3rd against the big men.
